Hi, I’m Tammy! I named this space White Lilac Farmhouse after my own modern farmhouse and the small white lilac tree in my front yard. It’s a daily reminder of the simple, cozy, and timeless beauty I strive to bring into every room. My specialty is the Coastal Home aesthetic: a blend of vintage character and a light, airy palette that creates a serene, lived-in sanctuary. At the heart of my design approach are three core principles:
1. Foundational neutral furniture for a timeless base.
2. Vintage wood and woven accents to add warmth and history.
3. Layered blues, greens, and creams through textiles, paint, and art.

My journey into intentional home design took a new turn in 2023 when I became an empty nester. After raising four children, including a set of rambunctious twin boys, this latest chapter has given me a fresh perspective on designing for comfort, ease, and purpose. I love sharing these principles to help you love your home at every stage of life. My design is practical for a busy, real-life home.
When I’m not styling a room, you’ll find me enjoying life as a proud Nana to four grandchildren, a devoted wife, and a “pet parent” to my hilarious French Bulldogs, Piper and Chibi. (Keep an eye out—they love to sneak into my photos!) Living near the water, I draw constant inspiration from our local landscape and historic architecture, which shapes my relaxed, practical approach to coastal living.
