Hello sweet friend! Welcome to coffee with Tammy. Hope you have your cup of coffee in hand or your favorite beverage choice.
Over here, I talk about random things going on over at White Lilac Farmhouse or little something about myself.
Today is about easing into fall with your seasonal fall decor items. I enjoy making subtle changes to ease into the season. This way, I will not tire of the fall decorations. You often hear that people are ready to pack it up and bring on Christmas way too early. It is because they put everything out at one time.
By adding it in gradually, it is so much more enjoyable decorating in September, October and into November.
The mudroom for example, I gave it a refresh by changing out just the pillows. I am working on crafting a new garland and about to pull out my fall sign for over the bench. Each week, I will add a few pieces to finish off the space.
How fun is this large cozy pumpkin pillow from Pottery Barn and so well made.
I have a smaller one in the Loden color too and my grandchildren are going love them.
If you are not craft savvy, there are fun places to go to make great projects like this fall pumpkin sign. See having coffee with Tammy, you will find out that “I got you”!
I went with a couple of girlfriends to Board & Brush Creative Studio and there are locations over the USA. It was so fun and relaxing with so many projects to select. People available to assist you and friends to laugh with.
I had so much fun decorating my front porch for the fall season and this project was done in less than 15 minutes. You can read all about it here.
Another fall project this week was this Wood Bead Fall Wreath. You can find the full tutorial on how to create a wood bead fall wreath for your home here.
Thank you for coming over to the blog for Coffee With Tammy – Easing into Fall. Be sure to come back next week for more fall projects.
Hope you have an amazing Labor Day Weekend!
