Welcome Ya’ll to the White Lilac Farmhouse Fall House TourHome Tour 29 SepThank you for stopping by for my fall home tour.A favorite spot of mine is to sit in my rocker on the front porch with a glass of iced tea or cup of hot coffee.Let me introduce you to my sweet cow, Pearl. Doesn’t she have the sweetest face? She’s a favorite of mine. The fireplace was decorated for the fall within 5 minutes. No lie! I used blue mercury glass pumpkins and greenery that I had on hand. Rose gold fillers were mixed in with white pods and placed in an antique dough bowl. I wanted to keep the mantel with just a few items for the fall but not using the traditional colors. These are all items that can stay out through Thanksgiving before transitioning into Christmas.I kept the kitchen fall decorations simple with a new picture from Studio McGee purchased at Target on sale (got to love a sale). Apples in a strainer and a few cement pumpkins on the window sill. One of my favorite antique is this dough table. The doorway here leads into our mudroom. You can read about it here at How to Style Your Mudroom. Here is an easy table center piece. I used one of my house plants and placed it in a white iron stone soup tureen. Then I added a grapevine pumpkin pick into the plant along with a strand of wooden beads. I love shopping my own house. It’s fun coming up with ideas with items from around the home or from the yard.I dried Hydrangeas from my summer garden for a no cost fall floral arrangement. A few tree branches with turning leaves and even some berries would also look amazing in pitcher. It cost nothing when you shop your yard and you will be surprise how beautiful it will look!Thank you for coming by for a visit.
