You can make your own muesli from scratch or purchase a bag of Bob’s Red Mill Old Country Style Muesli for the grocery store. It has 140 calories per ¼ cup with 0 grams of sodium; 5 grams of sugar and 23 grams of carbohydrates.

Ingredients Serving size is for 4 jars (8 ounces each) – 1 1/2 cup of Bob's Red Mill Old Country Muesli – 1 1/4 cup of unsweetened      almond milk (or milk of choice) – 2/3 cup of unsweetened yogurt (Greek yogurt or low in sugar) – 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon – 2 tablespoons of orange blossom honey (flavor of choice) – 1/4 cup of walnuts or almonds (optional) – 1/2 cup of blueberries & slice strawberries

Add all ingredients except milk and berries to a medium bowl.

Slowly pour in the milk.  Thoroughly mix the ingredients together. Your mixture will be slightly running. Remember it will thicken up within 3 hours.

Divide muesli mixture between the four (4) jars.

Add the berries and sliced strawberries to the top of each jar of muesli.

Cover with lid and refrigerate overnight. Please Note: I will keep in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

In the morning, grab, go, stir, and enjoy. You can place in a thermal lunch bag and head out to the office.
