This is my weight loss journey to lose 80 pounds through a lifestyle change. It’s not a diet, it is eating healthy. It is a life style change!
I took a little break due to a family issue. My mindset had not been there in the dieting. It happens sometimes and I was struggling mentally. So I took a break from it because there was nothing good to post. Honestly, I felt like a complete failure. It had been going so good.
The mistake that I made was not staying strong. I let things get to me in an unhealthy way.
This quote is so perfect! You have to allow yourself grace. It’s ok to step away. It is important to get your head back into the challenge, pull up your big girl panty and persevere!
Never give up on yourself. I have been back on track since May 31st. I am in it for the long haul. I am following my dream to get healthy. It may be a struggle but it is a journey. Thankfully, I did not gain a bunch of weight back during this time.
For this journey, my plans will be to post monthly instead of weekly. It will be a recap of the month. I will be posting the last Wednesday of each month. It will be “Weight Loss Wednesday – Monthly Weigh In”.
