Easy and Delicious Belgian Waffle Recipe
White Lilac Farmhouse
These easy and delicious Belgian waffles have a lovely crisp exterior with a light and fluffy inside. Top them with some butter and powder sugar, or your favorite syrup. They are also delicious with fresh berries.

Vegetable Oil

Light Brown Sugar

Pure Vanilla Extract

Salt

Teaspoons
Baking Powder

Cups
Milk
Instructions
Beat eggs, milk and vanilla together in a bowl.
Add in all of the dried ingredients and whisk until smooth. You may have a few lumps. It is perfectly fine.
Heat your Waffle Maker.
Spray the surface of the waffle iron (inside) with non-stick cooking spray (Pam).
Pour mix into the hot waffle maker and cook until brown. Follow the instructions on your waffle maker for cooking times.
Serve hot with you butter, syrup or berries.
Notes
Note: You can keep the batter covered in the refrigerator for up to a week. Just whisk well before using again.
