7 Ways To Make A Home Cozy For Fall

What’s happening at white lilac farmhouse

This weekend was a dreary and rainy one. The wind was blowing for three days. In fact, the rain was coming down sideways from the wind.

It did make for good sleeping, napping and reading weather. LOL

We celebrated my husband’s birthday on Saturday. I treated him to a massage at my favorite day spa. While he received his massage, I got a 75 minute facial. Wow, it was relaxing and my skin felt amazing.

Ever since going through menopause, I suffer from dry skin. Water is my beverage of choice. I drink lots of it throughout the day. However, my face is still on the dry side. Winter months are the worst. Treating myself to a monthly facial does help during the winter.

Some of my fashion fall favorites

Here are some of my fashion fall favorites. A few of these items are either in my cart or already purchased for fall.

Shacket for Fall

Yesterday, this shacket was delivered. I love a good shacket for the fall.

When the temperatures begin to cool, I enjoy layering my clothes. Sometimes a coat is too much. I love wearing a shacket with my Kut From Kloth jeans. I find Kut From Kloth jeans fit well and are flattering. This shacket will look great with my camel color booties and jeans.

two piece laying Initial Necklace

This two layered gold initial necklace is only $14. I love some fun jewelry to wear out and about running errands. This necklace is trendy and pretty without a big price tag.

  1. What a beautiful arrangement of flowers! I have the long version of the shacket and love it. So many good shares! Thank you for sharing my fall book share. 💛

    1. Kim, I always look forward to your book reviews. I am a shacket verses coat kind of gal. LOL. I hate being hot. I think shackets great for when the weather turns. Especially when you do not want to wear a heavy coat.
